Shipping & Returns

We ship from New Jersey, USA and use UPS exclusively to ship all packages. We do not ship to PO BOXES.

Packages are dispatched within 2-4 business days of your order, e.g., if you order on April 15th, it ships between April 17th and April 20th. Delivery usually takes about 3-5 business days.

PLEASE NOTE: All shipments crossing international borders are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country’s government. Honey Tribe has no control over these charges as they vary between countries. They are your responsibility.

Shipping fees do not cover duties and taxes, shipping fees are paid to the shipping company and duties and taxes are paid to your government (Customs). 

ROUTE PACKAGE INSURANCE: When you choose Route+ at checkout, your order gets protection from damage, loss, or theft, provided through our partnership with Route. If your order doesn't arrive or arrives damaged, you can easily file a claim with Route to receive a replacement or full reimbursement.We strongly recommend opting for Route+ to enhance your peace of mind.

ORDER CHANGES: To request any changes or additions to your order, email us at support@shophoneytribe.com with your order number, within 24 hours of your purchase and we will do our best to accommodate, if we HAVE NOT SHIPPED your items already.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Honey Tribe does not provide return shipping labels. A handling fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" or incomplete address. 

The following Items ARE NOT eligible for RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

• SALE ITEMS
• ACCESSORIES (BAGS, JEWELRY, SUNGLASSES, ETC.)
• INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

RETURNS PROCESS: Our return policy is simple!We accept returns within 7 business days of receiving your item(s). We cannot accept returns beyond this 7-day grace period for any reason.
Please ensure the item(s) are undamaged, unwashed, and unaltered

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:

• Your return is considered "received" only after you receive a confirmation email from our support team.
• Refunds/Exchanges will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.
• Original shipping charges and Route Fees are non-refundable.
