Welcome to Honey Tribe, a brand that embodies the essence of cultural fusion, empowerment, and inclusivity. Formerly known as MIDGETgiraffe, we've evolved and rebranded, not only in name but in spirit, recognizing the importance of sensitivity and respect in today's world.

Our journey began with a vision of "bold prints, modern cuts," and that vision remains unwavering. Every piece we create is a testament to the rich tapestry of cultures that have shaped us. The name Honey Tribe is deeply symbolic. Honey, with its rich and golden hue, symbolizes the depth and richness of diverse cultures. "Tribe" signifies our commitment to inclusivity. We draw inspiration from the myriad shapes, sizes, and lifestyles of our global community. Our brand transcends a single narrative; we celebrate every woman, ensuring that each feels seen, valued, and represented in our creations.

At Honey Tribe, our clothing is more than just fabric and thread. It's a statement of beauty, grace, and empowerment. Rooted in the African philosophy of "Ubuntu" - "I am because we are" - our ethos is a testament to interconnectedness and shared humanity.

A Note from/About Our Founder, Adanma Omeni

Our vibrant prints are a nod to my cultural roots in Nigeria, while the contemporary cuts and styles pay homage to my later years in the U.S. Growing up, I was surrounded by exceptional seamstresses, but it was under my grandmother's tutelage that my passion for design truly flourished. As her protégé, I was inspired to blend the traditional with the modern, crafting unique pieces that juxtapose African prints with western aesthetics. My designs also incorporate edgy shapes and cuts, reimagined in a functional and wearable context.

The women who raised me, especially those of color, instilled in me a sense of pride in my heritage. They are the backbone of my inspiration, reminding me of the strength, resilience, and beauty inherent in our cultures. I carry their teachings and memories with me, infusing them into every design.

Join us on this journey, and let's celebrate the power of unity, diversity, and shared stories. Welcome to our Tribe.
