What shipping options does HoneyTribe offer?
Domestic: We offer Standard Shipping via UPS and USPS priority
International: We offer standard shipping to Canada, UK, and most other countries, via UPS
Can I pay extra for expedited shipping?
Currently expedited shipping is not available through our site, however if you would like to purchase expedited shipping please contact us at: support@shophoneytribe.com and we will be more than happy to share your options
How long does shipping take?
Once shipped, transit times are anywhere between 1-3 business days depending on the location. Prepaid orders will be shipped as indicated within the product description.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently offer international shipping to Canada, UK, and most other countries
I received a notice about customs fees, what should I do?
You will need to reach out to the authority that handles customs clearance for your country, HoneyTribe is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes or any other charges.
Is there a Processing time for orders?
Yes, once an order is placed, it can take up to 2-4 business days for your order to actually ship.
Can I customize my order?
Unfortunately, all pieces are made to order and we do not offer any customizations. To ensure you are ordering the correct size, please be sure to check out our sizing chart HERE
I ordered the wrong item, what should I do?
Once your order is placed, we do our best to prepare it for shipment immediately. In most cases, we can’t change or cancel your order, but contact us at support@shophoneytribe.com and we’ll do our best to help.
My package was lost/stolen, what should I do?
Route, is the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout.
*Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 (20 for international) days and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
My package was lost/stolen, what should I do?
HoneyTribe does offer package insurance via Route (see Route Insurance questions for more information), If you opted into Route Insurance at your time of purchase you are free to file a claim with them.
If you have NOT opted into Route insurance, you will need to reach out to the courier responsible for delivering your order (either UPS or USPS) - to inquire about next steps, unfortunately we are unable to assist in cases where packages are lost or stolen if you have opted out of Route.
I need to update my address for my package. Who should I contact?
Once your order is placed, we do our best to prepare it for shipment immediately. In most cases, we can’t change or cancel your order, but contact us at support@shophoneytribe.com and we’ll do our best to help.
I need to make a return. What should I do?
Returns are happily accepted within 7 days of receipt (date the courier delivered the package to your address)
Unfortunately, at this time international orders, sale items, and accessories are FINAL sale and not eligible for return/refund or exchanges.

Our customer service representatives are available to help with all questions via our chat bot located on our site, our “contact us” section also on our site, or via our support email at support@shophoneytribe.com
Please refrain from using our social media platforms for support as this will severely delay response times.
The item I want is sold out, what should I do?
Our pieces do tend to go quickly, should there be an item you are interested in that is currently sold out, be sure to sign up for our weekly newsletter to be the first to know about restocks and new arrivals
On the product, once size is selected and it is sold out, you can opt to be notified via email when the item restocks.
Does the fabrics have stretch?
Our fabrics do not have stretch, however, there are certain styles that will have elastic waist, that allow some stretch.
